This year was the very first year for the Barrett-Jackson Northeast auction. The event was held at Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut. What was forecast to be a well attended event turned out to be a MASSIVE event. Ticket sales were sold out by 10 am on the first day and an estimated 90,000 people made it through the gates during the three-day event!
The Factory Five team brought along three premium rides for this inaugural event. The Factory Five-Hot Rod Magazine ’33 was joined by our flagship GTM and our brand-new Mk4 Roadster.
The Mk4 Roadster always draws a crowd.
The Factory Five booth was directly along the entrance for every single auction car. So not only did we get a chance to visit with customers, we also got to check out every single auction car before they crossed the block.
Barrett-Jackson put on a class event on par with their annual Scottsdale bash.

This Factory Five ’33 Hot Rod was built by the crew at Tasca Ford and featured a supercharged 5.0L Cosold for $72,000.
The event was crowded all three days.
