GALLERY | 3-Link Rear Suspension
The 3-link is our race-proven, and streetable upgraded solid-axle rear suspension. Our 3-link rear suspension uses a Ford 8.8″ solid axle rear end, and was developed for our Challenge Car racing series. It features adjustable pinion angle and improved handling over the 4-link rear suspension. It is used on the Mk4 Roadster, 289 USRRC Replica, Challenge Car, Type 65 Coupe, and ’33 Hot Rod.
The 3-link rear suspension includes the 3-link frame, forged aluminum lower control arms, rod-end adjustable upper trailing arm, axle mount banana bracket, KONI coil-over shocks, coil-over kit, and springs, panhard bar, all fasteners, and bushings. Requires 8.8″ solid axle rear end.
Note: Standard 3-link suspension components shown on driver’s side (red body KONI shocks and silver brake calipers and rotor). Optional parts on passenger’s side include silver-body KONI double-adjustable shocks and optional Wilwood brakes (red calipers and black rotors).
