Truck Yeah! Five Fast Factory Five Trucks
Last year at SEMA, we pulled the wraps off of our all-new ’35 Hot Rod Truck that we had built on PowerNation’s show “Engine Power.” In only a year, we’ve shipped over 50 trucks, and are bringing four really fast builds to the show. Also, Hot Rod Magazine is building a pro-street truck over six issues of the storied publication, and we are working with Barrett-Jackson on a top secret special edition truck. Check out the trucks heading to SEMA 2018.
Black Label Speed Shop’s FFR ’35 Truck
In the Factory Five outdoor booth (#61013), we will be featuring Jeff Moore’s unbelievable Black Label Speed Shop twin-turbo ’35 Hot Rod Truck. The finished truck looks better than the amazing rendering, and features the new optional ’34 vertical grill and surround. You may know Black Label as they brought a SICK ’33 Hot Rod to the SEMA party last year. We’ll have video and photos from the show.
Erik Treves’ Street Cruiser Hot Rod Truck
Joining the Black Label Speed Shop Truck in our outdoor booth will be veteran FFR builder Erik Treves and his metallic red full fendered ’35 Hot Rod Truck. Erik made his own custom tubular cage, and brought his truck from Alabama to debut at this year’s SEMA Show. Erik was featured at SEMA 2017, and have been covered in magazines for his twin-turbo Type 65 Coupe build last year
Factory Five’s Full Fendered Hot Rod Truck
The Factory Five full-fendered demo truck was finished this past summer, and debuts at the SEMA Show in the Factory Five indoor booth (#23229). This truck features a Ford 5.0L Coyote engine with a 691 HP Edelbrock E-Force supercharger, custom interior with bench seat, ash-lined truck bed, and custom spoke wheels.
SMG Motoring’s LS-Powered Hot Rod Truck
SMG Motoring’s Fast Freddie Simmons, Jr. built his LS-powered ProCharger supercharged drag truck over the last six months. Freddie’s truck is entered into the Battle of the Builders competition where he was a semi-finalist last year with his steel-bodied Factory Five ’33. Freddie’s truck also sports the new optional grill and surround, and will be in the Factory Five indoor booth (#23229) near Hot Rod Alley in the Central Hall. Hot Rod Magazine Builds ’35 Hot Rod Truck!
Mark Gearhart has built some award-winning customs, and set his sights on our new pick-up truck before it was even done. He accepted delivery of the very first production truck, and is writing a 6-part build series in Hot Rod Magazine. His truck is over-the-top in every measurable way. The truck will not be at SEMA, but is currently featured in the SEMA issue of Hot Rod Magazine.
